I had a small issue with my order on lorenz.it i wasn’t expecting much from support at first. I’m always a bit suspicious when a site says they’ll “get back quickly,” but they actually replied faster than I thought and were friendly about the whole thing.
They checked what was going on and helped me fix it without making it a big hassle. It didn’t feel like I was dealing with some scripted response, which was a relief. Overall, it turned out to be a good experience, and I’d probably use them again.

I reached out to lorenz.it about a warranty issue, the whole thing was disappointing. Not saying it’s a scam, but the replies were slow, I didn’t get much useful help, and I still have no clear idea what happens next. Just a frustrating experience overall.

I’m particular about how things are packed, and this one arrived just the way I like it. The box was neat, secure, and there wasn’t any damage at all.

At first glance the site looked fine, but actually using it was frustrating. The menus weren’t very clear, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic information. A few pages also loaded slowly, which made the whole experience feel kind of outdated and clunky. It technically works, but it really should be easier to browse. i’d expect at least an apology for how much time I wasted just trying to find what I needed.

I was surprised by how fast it arrived. From my experience, the delivery was really smooth and I didn’t run into any issues at all.

The watch looks nice enough and has a clean, simple design. I did like a few of the small details, but overall it feels a little too plain for me. It is not bad at all, I just thought it would have a bit more character based on the pictures.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at this price, but after trying it out, I’m relieved. It feels solid and the quality is better than I thought it would be. Happy with it overall

I tried to exchange an item it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The emails took forever, the instructions weren’t clear, and I kept having to follow up just to figure out what was going on. I don’t have the patience to chase basic updates like that. Not worth the hassle for me

I ordered from lorenz.it mainly because the price was better than a few other sites I looked at. I didn’t go in with huge expectations, but the product showed up in good shape and felt like a smart buy for the money.

Delivery was totally fine, and I liked that there weren’t any random surprise costs at checkout. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and I’d have no problem ordering again.
